Important Refund Information: In the event that you wish to cancel your design project before any changes have been requested to design concepts presented and you have not made a request for additional designs, you may request to have all work stopped and your money refunded, minus a 30% (of the total cost) cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel the project after you've only once made a request for revisions or changes to concepts already created, you may request to have all work stopped and your money refunded, minus a 50% (of the total cost) cancellation fee. A refund will not be given after more than one round of revisions or additional design drafts.
