Return Policy: Please choose your colors carefully. We suggest that if you are unsure of your colors that you order a Color Swatch before placing your final order. If you are planning to purchase multiples of the same item and time permits we recommend that you purchase a single item to be sure it is what you have in mind.

Refund: All items can be returned or exchanged less a 40% customization fee. Every piece is custom handcrafted to your specifications. Therefore, it is unlikely that we would ever sell your particular items again. We do know that this fee may seem high and assure you that it primarily covers our labor costs and the materials that can not be re-used. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of. Returns are not accepted after the wedding date under any circumstances.
