Changed on 4/29/21:COLORADO customers PLEASE READ: Beginning July 1, 2021 : The minimum amount for orders going to Colorado addresses is $100, not including shipping. You can still order online with the normal $20 minimum if your billing address is in Colorado but your shipping address is NOT in Colorado. Reason we are forced to make this change: Colorado is forcing us to do complex manual accounting for every single order, and we would not make money on smaller orders.
Shipping Guide to save money: *When possible, use the Priority mail envelope (or other flat rate boxes) to get the best price. Examples of what will fit in the envelope: 3 pieces that are 2 x 2 x 12 inches or 6 pieces 1 x 1 x 12 or about 24 pen blanks OR 4 pieces which are 1.5 x 1.5 x 12 inches. If we can get it in there you are set. If your order won't fit, try using a flat rate box: Medium flat rate is 3.25 x 11.5 by 13.25 inches, the Large flat rate is either 5 x 12 x 12 inches OR 2.25 x 11 x 23.75 inches.
NOTES ABOUT UPS: Using UPS Ground for orders under 20 pounds usually means you will overpay and get slower service--UPS rates on small packages have skyrocketed over the past years and they may charge over $20 additional if you have a mistake in your address, even a small one like leaving off the word "St." or "Drive" . Incorrect address fees are charged to us by UPS (NOT USPS) and we will bill you for any valid errors they charge us for. UPS will not notify you when about address problems when delivering the package, they just put it on our bill.
If you want to pick the discounted shipping for orders over $120, pick "Super Saver Shipping". You can pick the super saver shipping anytime for smaller orders as well and shipping will still be somewhat discounted. WE MUST have a mailing (USPS) and UPS address for you if you are using super saver, as it is then our option which way to ship to you. If we cannot mail with the postal service to the given address, you cannot use super saver. If you pick UPS Ground, you will get UPS Ground regardless of your order amount, but you do not get a discount. Enter additional addresses for mailing in the comments box if your UPS and USPS addresses are not the same.

All NEW CUSTOMERS MUST ship to the confirmed billing address for their credit card/confirmed paypal address OR select "signature required" when checking out which adds $4.75 to your shipping total. (Signature option is near the bottom of the "Deliver to" section). ALL customers (even after the first order) must provide their correct billing address in the "Ordered By" section to have the order processed. For the most part you can ship to other addresses from the second order onward, sometimes we will require a signature in that case.

Remember: UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes so be sure to select priority mail if you are shipping to a P.O. box. Very rarely, the shopping cart may make an error during checkout, which will be corrected when your order is processed; and you will be notified if the total is incorrect before the order is shipped.
